Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Your refund will be processed after we receive your returned package. For customers who paid by PayPal, your refund will be processed in 2 days after receipt of your package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed in 14 days after receipt of your package.
