– Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and other liquids
– Avoid contact with other metals to prevent scratches

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Note: If the customer requests to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a 20% handling fee will be charged.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Your refund will be processed after we receive your returned package. For customers who paid by PayPal, your refund will be processed in 2 days after receipt of your package. For customers who paid by credit card, your refund will be processed in 7 days after receipt of your package.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ellaraandco.com.
